Sales & Business Development Manager – Sprinkler Systems | London & Surrounding | Hybrid/Remote | £55,000–£70,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance Location: London & Surrounding Areas Salary: £55,000–£70,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Bonus Work Style: Hybrid / Remote Our client, a leading fire protection contractor, is looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager with a background in sprinkler systems to join their growing team. This is a hybrid role focused on growing new business, managing key accounts, and supporting estimation and tender submissions. This is a prime opportunity for someone commercially minded who understands sprinkler systems and wants to focus on developing long-term client relationships and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and residential sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and end-users Manage the full sales cycle – from lead generation through to proposal and contract close Collaborate with in-house design and technical teams to prepare accurate estimates and tenders Attend client meetings and site visits as needed across London and the surrounding areas Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction Ideal Candidate: Proven track record in sales or business development within the fire protection or sprinkler industry Strong technical understanding of LPC/British Standards and sprinkler system solutions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications (support from technical team available) Highly self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working remotely Full UK driving licence What’s On Offer: Salary between £55,000–£70,000, depending on experience Uncapped bonus structure Car allowance or company vehicle Hybrid/remote working model with full autonomy Long-term growth with a stable and ambitious company Ready to take your sprinkler industry expertise into a high-impact sales role?
