The Opportunity
Are you a sales star ready to conquer London’s property market? Join us as a Commission-Only Sales Consultant and sign landlords onto our guaranteed rent scheme—earning £250 per property. Secure 10 properties to unlock a full-time Property Consultant role at £30,000/year, then scale to 50 properties for a salary boost to £38,700/year, including visa sponsorship (Skilled Worker visa) if needed, Guaranteed Rent Solutions.

What You’ll Do
· Source landlords and pitch our guaranteed rent scheme (fixed income, zero voids).
· Secure signed contracts for properties meeting our criteria and earn £250 per contracted property - no limit on your sign-ups.
Earning Potential
· Commission: £250 per property (e.g., 5 properties/month = £1,250, 10 properties/month = £2,500, 20 properties/month = £5,000).
Full-Time Role:
· Secure 10 properties within 6 months, transition to £30,000/year + benefits as a Property Consultant.
· Reach 50 properties, for a salary increase to £38,700/year with visa sponsorship if required.
What We Offer
