A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a beautiful development in Hook Norton, Oxfordshire.
The Role
Working largely independently on site, you will manage the sales journey from first enquiry through to reservation, delivering an excellent experience for buyers while driving reservations across the development.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role where you’ll take ownership of the sales suite and confidently guide prospective buyers through the purchasing process.
Key Responsibilities

Welcome and register visitors to the development

Conduct new homes viewings and show home tours
*
Manage buyer enquiries and follow up on leads
*
Progress customers through the reservation process
*
Maintain accurate records using the CRM system
*
Represent the developer professionally and proactively drive sales
What We’re Looking For
*
Previous New Homes Sales Consultant experience for a house builder
*
Confident working lone working on site
*
Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills
*
Highly organised and comfortable managing leads and follow-ups
