Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Deliver expert, tailored advice across AV equipment, home cinema, and sound systems.
Product Demonstration: Provide engaging, hands-on product demos in a showroom setting.
Sales & Admin: Manage inquiries, place orders, coordinate delivery/installation, and ensure all sales admin is handled smoothly.
Showroom & Events: Support showroom layout and assist with in-store events and product launches.
Teamwork: Collaborate with a close-knit team and contribute to a friendly, professional working environment.
Training: Stay up to date with the latest products and technologies through ongoing training with key AV brands.Ideal Candidate
Hands-on experience with AV equipment, home cinema, or sound systems
Previous experience in high-end retail or technology sales
Excellent IT, organisational, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Strong interest in music, cinema, or smart home techWhat's on Offer
