Sales Consultant – Spanish Speaking
📍 Epsom, Surrey | Full-time | On-site
💼 Basic Salary: c. £27,500 | Year 1 OTE: £40k | Year 2 OTE: £60k+

We’re looking for ambitious, Spanish-speaking sales talent to join our fast-paced, international team. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full sales cycle — from lead generation to closing deals — across EMEA markets.
💥 What You’ll Be Doing
*
Win new business across Europe by identifying, engaging and converting leads
*
Conduct compelling client meetings (virtually or in person) — in Spanish and English
*
Build tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive results
*
Track and manage opportunities via our CRM, keeping pipelines fresh and active
*
Analyse sales data, market trends and competitor insights to shape strategy
*
Collaborate closely with the Sales Director, marketing and junior consultants
🎯 What You’ll Need

Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written) – essential
*
At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service
*
Confident communicator with sharp negotiation and presentation skills
*
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
*
Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*
Resilient, ethical, and ready to lead by example
