Otis is growing and we are recruiting for a Sales Consultant to cover London Territory
The main goal is growing the renovation business and securing a second service life for customer and Otis.
On a typical day you will:
*
Engage in conversation with customer to create awareness and need for renovation.
*
Present the right OTIS solutions to customer and identify customer specific solutions
*
Create configuration pricing and quotes for standard Otis product in the full and partial range of renovation products
*
Close deals independently
*
Manage both the lower funnel as well as the upper funnel pipeline through CRM and E Log
*
Plan and forecast orders on annual quarterly and monthly base
*
Collaborate with sales support and delivery team
*
Work in cross functional teams for complex bids/RFQ’s
*
Role model and demonstrate commitment to The Absolutes in all daily work, decisions and in the environment created for your team
*
Focus on targeting growth from both on and off portfolio customers

Capable managing a long cycle pipeline in the sale of capital goods
