Sales Consultant
Location: Tonbridge (In-person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,500 - £30,000 per year Commission

Join a busy, driven team where you'll work closely with the Operations Director and Training Services Manager to promote, develop, and sell an extensive range of training solutions.
What You’ll Do
* Engage with clients to understand training needs and offer tailored solutions
* Act as the main point of contact for sales enquiries
* Proactively promote training services to new and existing clients
* Generate and nurture new business opportunities
* Prepare proposals, quotes, and maintain accurate CRM records
* Follow up on leads to secure bookings and manage invoicing
* Build and maintain strong business relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams for smooth course scheduling
* Attend exhibitions and networking events
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven experience in sales, account management or customer service
* Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage time effectively
* Enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven
* A desire to learn, upskill and grow within the industry
* Knowledge of industry standards and training bodies (desirable)
* Driving licence (preferred but not essential)
