Sales Consultant – New Homes
Location: Warrington, Cheshire (Radley Woods at Peel Hall Garden Village)
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £20k+) + bonuses + mileage allowance
Contract Type: Permanent – Full Time
Working Pattern: Thursday – Monday (Tues/Weds off)
Start Date: September 2025
About the Role
Sourced Recruitment are representing a national five-star housebuilder to recruit a Sales Consultant for their flagship Warrington development.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in new homes sales who thrives in a customer-focused, target-driven environment. You’ll manage the entire sales journey — from initial enquiry to handover — while delivering an exceptional service and achieving strong results.
Key Responsibilities
*
Engage with all prospective customers and convert enquiries into reservations.
*
Deliver professional development tours and home demonstrations.
*
Manage the reservation process through to completion.
*
Maximise sales of extras and upgrades.
*
Keep CRM systems and records accurate and compliant.
*
Liaise closely with site and technical teams to provide customers with accurate updates.
*
Handle cancellations and objections professionally, seeking solutions where possible.
What’s on Offer

£26,000 basic salary

Uncapped commission – OTE circa £20,000+ per year

Reservation bonus – £6,000 per year (paid quarterly)
*
5★ NHBC bonus – £6,000 per year (paid half-yearly)

Extras/Upgrades commission

Up to 33 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

About You

Proven experience in new build sales (essential)
*
Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
*
Organised, detail-focused, and IT confident

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
