Key Responsibilities
Set the standard for excellent service, ensuring each client receives personalised and attentive support
Proactively follow up with warm leads, guide clients through the process, and provide assistance every step of the way
While experience in insurance is a plus, you’ll receive comprehensive training to ensure you can confidently advise clients on available solutions
Accurately prepare and present tailored quotes based on each client's needs
Clearly communicate the benefits of proposed plans to foster trust and build confidence
Forge strong, long-term connections by understanding each client’s unique needs and delivering the best solutions
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset
Strong willingness to learn
Fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous
