Sales Consultant - New Homes Stotfold, Bedfordshire £28,000 to £32,000 + Commission
Gap Construction is delighted to be partnering with a long-established regional housebuilder, renowned for over 90 years of quality developments, in their search for a Sales Consultant to join the team on a beautiful new site in Stotfold.
This respected developer has a strong presence across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques. Key Responsibilities
As Sales Consultant, you'll be the friendly face of the development, helping buyers through the journey to their new home. You will:
Respond to enquiries via email, phone and in person
Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to completion
Drive sales to achieve and exceed targets
Provide detailed knowledge of the homes, specifications and development features
Conduct market research to stay ahead of local trends
Coordinate handovers and assist with any immediate aftercare needs
Complete all administration efficiently and accurately
About You
A confident communicator with a strong phone manner
Proven sales or business development background
Highly organised with good admin and IT skills
Committed to delivering an excellent customer experience
A natural relationship builder who enjoys a busy, fast-paced role
