An exciting and rewarding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive for our client’s main dealer in Reading.
Our client, a Berkshire based dealer group that offer its staff benefits above the normal are currently require a Sales Controller to lead a team of Sales Executives.
As a Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive , you will:
* Work alongside the sales team
* Motivate and encourage the delivery of key objectives and targets.
* Managing products upsells, finance and insurance
* Closing deals
* Gaining customer commitment at every opportunity
Requirements for our Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive vacancy:
* Previous sales / management experience in the motor trade
* Full UK DL
* Ability to close deals and lead a team
Hours for this Sales Controller / Transaction Manager / Business Manager / Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive role: Monday – Friday 9.00 to 6.00 with a fixed day off, Saturday 9.00 – 5.00. NO SUNDAY ROTA!
