Job Description
Owen Daniels are supporting a a leading manufacturing business based in Wolverhampton is currently seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised individual with strong communication skills and a background in customer service, sales support, or order processing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email
Process sales orders and accurately input purchase order numbers into the system
Raise and manage invoices, delivery notes, and related documentation
Provide regular order updates to customers and internal departments
Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Resolve customer queries efficiently and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and support general sales administration tasksThe ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, or Customer Service role
Experience working within a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
