Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 (Basic)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

A leading machinery dealership is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Coordinator to join their office-based sales team. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company where you'll be at the forefront of generating new business.
About Your New Sales Coordinator Role:
Make outbound calls to new prospects (20+ calls per day) to generate leads and increase sales
Develop new business relationships
Assist with marketing efforts to support new business generation
Qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, and close sales
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups, proposals, and quotes
Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targetsRequirements for the Sales Coordinator Role Include:
Previous telesales experience, ideally within the Agricultural Industry
Strong communication skills, both on the phone and in writing
Comfortable with a high volume of calls (20+ calls a day) and proactive lead generation
Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport and nurture client relationships
Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
A positive, professional attitude with a results-driven mindsetWhat the Sales Coordinator Will Get in Return:
