Sales Coordinator

Salary Depending on Experience
Our client is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
Sales Coordinator Roles and Responsibilities:
* Respond promptly to customer inquires
* Convert orders into a format that ensures efficient processing in line with quality manual procedures
* Accurately allocate stock to each order, avoiding duplication
* Coordinate with relevant departments to meet delivery deadlines
* Collaborate with colleagues to resolve any issues that could delay dispatch, such as credit holds, stock availability, or returns
* Provide engineers with timely feedback on customer inquiries and interactions
* Prepare and issue quotations in compliance with quality manual procedures
* Generate and distribute dispatch documentation to facilitate timely shipment of goods
* Communicate with product specialists and sales teams in the UK regarding product specifications and availability
* Offer support to customers, sales engineers, and internal team members
Sales Coordinator Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience of working in a Sales Coordinator role
* Excellent communication skills, bother verbal and written
* Good knowledge of SAP, excel, word and outlook
* Have good attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise and manage own work
Sales Coordinator Working Hours and Benefits:
* Monday – Thursday, 08:30 – 17:00
* Friday, 08:30 – 16:00
* Hybrid work available after training
* 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays
