Job Description
We’re hiring for a Sales Coordinator to join a well-established business based in Glossop. You’ll play a key role in supporting the sales function, handling customer enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process from start to finish.
This is a full-time, permanent role offering stability, great working hours, and the chance to be part of a close-knit team.

What will you be doing as a Sales Coordinator?
* Logging and tracking incoming sales enquiries and ensuring timely responses
* Keeping internal systems updated with enquiry, follow-up, and order details
* Maintaining accurate customer records to ensure smooth communication
* Producing useful sales reports to support business planning and growth
* Assisting with order dispatch and handling associated paperwork
What do you need?
* Experience working in a B2B sales or customer service environment
* Confident communicating with customers by phone and email
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple enquiries
* A team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
