My client, based on the outskirts of Dartford is seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator/ Sales Negotiator to join their busy & successful 'Relocation & Move' team
This is a sales role and you will be targeted on conversion rates, however, NO cold calling will be involved; the majority of leads are from inbound customer enquiries, so the role is principally to deal with these and convert them.
For this role, you must be comfortable working a in sales/target driven environment.
Ideally you will have had worked in the Removals/Relocation industry or a related sector – Estate Agency/Lettings/Construction etc, however, possessing sales experience is essential
There is a fantastic opportunity to earn great commission with this role with a basic salary £27k and a realistic OTE of £50- £60k
Duties
* Receiving leads from calls, website enquiries and other online platforms, and transforming them into clients.
* Liaising with customers and identifying the type of move they require, e.g. UK house moves, a European shared load move, all the way through to shipping an entire home across the world or the relocation of high value goods.
* Taking ownership of each customer move which you sell, maintaining a strong connection with the customer and addressing and resolving all queries and issues until the move is complete.
* Recording all relevant details on in-house systems, e.g. location/destination, UK/Europe/rest of world, any time constraints, which packing service is required, etc.
* Organising surveys or recording the customer's inventory and using this information to tailor the move to the customer's requirements and budget.
* Liaising with colleagues and contractors to discuss client options, unusual requests etc.
* Liaising with Surveyors to confirm all details of any move
This client has an excellent reputation in the industry and has big expansion plans for the coming year.
You will need to have experience in a sales environment, meeting set targets and possess strong negotiation skills and develop and nurture your leads
This is an extremely busy and varied role, and requires someone with great communication, attention to detail & time management skills.
Experience and Skills
Ideally you will have had worked in the Removals/Relocation industry or a related sector – Estate Agency etc, although sales experience is more relevant.
You must be comfortable working a in sales/target driven environment.
You must be able to cover hours within a staggered day pattern, working 8 hours between 07:00 and 18:00, and also be able to cover one Saturday in 5.
and the occasional bank holiday
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner & strong PC skills.
Your time management will be a big part of this role , and you will be a competent multi-tasker, & a team tlayer but also able to work under your own initiative.
