Location: Huddersfield
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (DOE)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (Mon–Thurs: 08:00–17:00 | Fri: 08:00–15:00)

Job Description:
We are recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Co-ordinator to join a busy and growing team in a well-established manufacturing business based in Huddersfield. This is a full-time, permanent position offering long-term career development.
Key Responsibilities:
*
Manage and process customer enquiries and quotations
*
Follow up on quotations and projects to secure orders
*
Record updates accurately in the CRM / sales database
*
Liaise with Business Development Managers and attend client visits when required (UK only)
*
Oversee the full order process from quotation through to completion
*
Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong internal communication
*
Use Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) confidently
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience in a technical sales office or similar environment
*
Strong communication skills – verbal and written
*
Good organisational and time management skills
*
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*
GCSEs in Maths and English (A-Level or Degree preferred)
*
Experience with CAD or metal fabrication is advantageous but not essential
