Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full Time (8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday), Hybrid working
Salary: up to £30,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by managing inquiries and requests received via designated email inboxes.
Process sample and quote requests, collaborating closely with Account Managers.
Oversee onboarding processes for new customers and manage the department's action tracker.
Assist with gathering materials for customer presentations and organising events/exhibitions.
Maintain an accurate directory of sales support materials and proofread documents as needed.
Arrange travel bookings and meals for the sales team, customers, and distributors.What We're Looking For:
A proactive and resourceful individual with excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and a knowledge of CRM systems
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone manner.
