Sales Coordinator Caerphilly Permanent Full Time – 39 Hours £28000 - £30000 Negotiable depending on experience. RSW are looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Coordinator for a permanent role with their Client, a specialist manufacturer based in Caerphilly. Excellent opportunity for progression for the right candidate. Job Purpose Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for supporting the Sales Team by providing excellent customer care (both internally and externally). The role will encompass most areas of the business and as such, you will have cross-functional skills to enable you to act as a key point of contact for colleagues and customers. A more detailed breakdown of the job functions are listed below for guidance. You may also be given projects from the management team that will benefit the company and our customers, resulting in improved services and profitability. Accountabilities and Responsibilities * Quote Facilitation – Taking enquiries from our Customers/Sales Team and liaising with the estimating department to ensure they have all of the relevant information to be able to produce quotes in a timely fashion. * Following up on estimates produced and gaining feedback from our customers for business analysis. * Converting won estimates into live jobs ensuring they contain relevant information for the operators to produce the job accurately and without delays. * Updating CRM system and helping the Sales Team keep on track with leads. * Retrieving samples of printed work to send out to customers or for manufacturing to match previous style. Advise manufacturing if samples are not in stock. * Identifying new customers and lead generation – work with Sales Team to establish new markets or to exhaust current ones. * Supporting the Buy-Out functions – ensuring orders are on-track and assisting with other duties linked to this job function. * Schedule (enquiries) – liaising with the Sales Team and customers to ensure their work can be effectively produced within agreed timeframes and to the detail requested. * Schedule (live jobs) - Act as the link between Commercial/Sales and Manufacturing to ensure jobs are being progressed on-time and to the quality expected. * Project Work * Assist with jobs that have been sent off-site (outwork) * To ensure all ISO procedures are adhered to, and any non-conformances are followed up implementing corrective actions where necessary. * To review performance with the Sales Director through regular meetings. * To follow the principles of the company ‘Charter’. * To strictly adhere to the Absolutes issued by the Directors. * Any other reasonable request from a Director. * Compliant with H&S practices. IT * To produce reports and presentations using word, excel and power point when required. * To use the company e-mail system in accordance with our company policies. * To utilise the MIS system to maximum advantage and make improvements to this. * To identify and develop new ways of working to improve communication internally and externally. Communication * To advise and communicate with all members of staff when required. * To be an active member of the sales and commercial team. * To regularly meet with other management and colleagues to enhance business performance.
