Sales Development Representative Location: Wigan / Hybrid Salary: £55k
Are you commercially minded and confident building relationships with growing retail brands? This is a great opportunity to join a leading 3PL fulfilment provider in a consultative, inbound-focused role - perfect for someone who enjoys helping customers find the right operational solutions rather than chasing cold leads.
Working closely with the Head of Commercial, you'll be part of a dynamic team responsible for handling incoming business enquiries, pricing proposals, and solution design for potential and existing clients across eCommerce and retail sectors.
What You'll Be Doing
Managing inbound sales enquiries, qualifying opportunities, and identifying the best-fit fulfilment solution.
Preparing costings, proposals, and pricing models in line with customer requirements.
Supporting with client onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to operations.
Maintaining accurate data in the CRM and producing reports for management.
Contributing ideas to improve the customer journey and strengthen client relationships.
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience in a sales support, pricing, or account management role - within fulfilment, warehousing, or 3PL logistics.
Strong commercial awareness and a consultative, solution-led approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with clients at all levels.
Well-organised, analytical, and comfortable preparing detailed proposals.
Collaborative team player with the initiative to manage tasks independently.
Able to build bespoke pricing solutions for a client base.
