What You’ll Be Doing
* Researching and identifying B2B prospects across key industries in the UK.
* Reaching out to decision-makers (L&D, HR, Operations) via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
* Qualifying leads and booking discovery calls for our sales team.
* Keeping our CRM up to date with accurate lead and engagement data.
* Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach and messaging.
* Consistently hitting activity and pipeline generation KPIs.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in lead generation, sales development, or cold outreach is desirable but not essential.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident, resilient, and unafraid to pick up the phone.
* Target-driven and comfortable working at a fast pace.
* Organised and detail-focused – you manage your own pipeline like a pro.
* Tech-savvy – experience with CRM tools like Pipedrive or similar is a plus.
