Chase & Holland are proud to be working with a growing organisation who are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their expanding team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving sales growth and effectively communicating the value of services provided. We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role and Logistics.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new business through calls, emails and social media
Assessing the needs and requirements of potential customers
Providing advice to inbound and outbound prospects
Managing company’s CRM to track and manage leads, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups
Working closely with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and contribute to the overall sales strategy
Staying informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes
Staying informed as to internal operations practice and procedures to make sure you maintain a good level of awareness of business operations
Providing regular reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and any other key performance indicators
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a sales environment
Experience working in Logistics
Proficiency in using CRM systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
A proactive, positive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to speak a second European language would be advantageous
