A technically competent Sales Director with proven experience of working within a Defence related environment, ideally selling sensors or security products will lead the Sales function of a thriving High-Tech Company.
You must either hold or be eligible for UK Security Clearance.
Reporting to the CEO, the Sales Director will take responsibility for key sales strategies and leading major project bids. A strong technical understanding is required in order to provide key marketing information to the engineering team, ensuring future products align with market requirements.
The successful Sales Director will possess excellent leadership and communication skills; have the ability to understand and communicate detailed technical information to customers and will be a strong team player.
