Job Description

Sales Director - B2B Exhibitions £60,000 - £65,000 plus £25,000 OTE West London (Hybrid, 3 days per week in the office) We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial mindset and an appetite for growth to guide the sales direction of two key events within an events portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys navigating evolving markets, shaping strategy and working with a range of stakeholders to achieve results. The Role You will take overall responsibility for sales performance across the events, helping to shape the direction, structure and commercial approach. Your work will span a combination of strategic planning, hands-on selling, market exploration and team guidance. Commercial & Strategic Input * Helping define and evolve the overarching sales strategy. * Contributing to pricing, commercial planning and revenue pathways. * Identifying new areas of potential and monitoring market movements. * Providing regular insight into performance, projections and trends. * Supporting post-event evaluations and contributing to long-term planning. Client & Market Engagement * Maintaining relationships with key accounts and exploring new conversations. * Engaging with partners, industry figures and potential collaborators. * Attending relevant gatherings to stay connected to the wider landscape Team Development * Guiding a sales team with a focus on clarity, support and performance. * Helping with target-setting, structure and ongoing development. * Ensuring effective use of internal systems and processes. * Working collaboratively with other teams to support shared objectives. About You You’ll bring a confident, commercially aware approach, with the ability to interpret information, guide others and adapt to shifting landscapes. The ideal person will feel comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on activity, and will value open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement. You should have experience in: * Leading or supporting sales teams. * Working with revenue targets and commercial planning. * Managing relationships across varied stakeholders. * Using data, systems and reporting tools to inform decisions. * Navigating time-sensitive projects and overlapping priorities
