The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and well-connected Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and take our exciting range of licensed and own-brand products to the next level.
This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for driving new business, opening major retail accounts, and expanding our customer base across supermarkets, high street chains, and leading online retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive B2B sales strategy and execution across the UK market
* Open and develop new retail accounts, particularly with key players in supermarket, high street retail, and e-commerce sectors
* Build strong, lasting relationships with buyers and key retail decision-makers
* Work closely with our in-house design and production teams to align sales goals with product development
* Identify new commercial opportunities and negotiate high-value deals
* Represent J Mccandles Ltd at relevant trade shows, buyer meetings, and industry events
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record of securing and managing major retail accounts
* Strong industry network and contacts within apparel, lifestyle, homeware sectors
* Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver and exceed commercial targets
* Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working remotely
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience in licensed product sales is highly desirable
