Role: Sales Director – OEM Manufacturer – Generator Power
Based: Home Based – UK wide Coverage
Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 Basic plus quarterly bonus, car or car allowance & pension
ROLE – Sales Director – OEM Manufacturer – Generator Power:
My client is a leading global manufacturer of Generators offering both a standardised product offering or a bespoke project based solutions via Dealers or direct to end-users. They are looking to recruit a Sales leader to oversee their UK Sales team and drive the revenue of the business.
They need a dynamic & consultative sales leader who can sell a project solution, manage a dealer network as well as driving the performance of the sales team. It is a lead from the front sales leadership position. The role reports directly into a Group UK Sales Director.
Candidate – Sales Director – OEM Manufacturer – Generator Power:
* It is preferred that you have at least 10 years’ relevant Generator product sales experience or from a related power product sales background.
* Ideally the candidate will have people management experience, but they can also look at a proven sales person who is looking for the next step and the skillsets to be a manager.
* It would be preferred, but not essential if you have an electrical engineering qualification.
* The candidate will be a dynamic candidate with ambition, with a strong appetite to progress in their career.
* It is preferred you have sold into Data-Centres in the UK and know the market sector well with a strong network.
* Working from a home office, you will need to be able to cover the UK.
