Overview:
An established manufacturer in the technical products sector is looking for a Sales Engineer to cover key industrial and manufacturing regions across the North of England and Scotland.
This is a field-based role focused on developing new business and supporting existing customers with technical product solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow accounts across the North West of England and Scotland.
Support customers and distributors with technical advice and application guidance
Respond to product enquiries and provide hands-on support where needed
Conduct customer visits and deliver product demonstrations and training
Handle complaint investigations and provide follow-up support
Track sales leads and opportunities through to conversion
Support exhibitions and product promotions when required
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms
Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales, ideally with a technical or engineered product
Ability to understand customer needs and recommend practical solutions
Comfortable working independently and managing a field-based territory
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
Strong communication and organisational skills
