Job Description
Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Engineer / Business Development Manager required to join a leading electrical / electromechanical engineering supplier with a presence UK wide.
The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will ideally have a technical electrical or electronic engineering background.
This role will suit someone with an electrical or electronic engineering qualification looking for a role within technical sales / project-based business development.

Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Role
Focus on developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts across the UK, with a large project focus for products / systems such as electric motors, drives, linear drives, gearboxes, actuators and more.
Maintaining sales for electric motor, drives, linear products, gearboxes, couplings, drive wheels, motion control products and more with demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation to achieve targets.
Will have a full involvement in the sales process from enquiry right through to closure, liaising with team members on supplier agreements, project, design, after sales care and more.
Work on a Hybrid basis, ideally 2 days in the office (Leicester) and with regular visits to customer sites when required.
Liaise with various engineering departments.
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager Requirements
A technical electrical engineering qualification. Ideally HNC, HND, or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering. IT or similar Engineering discipline.
Candidates with experience selling any electrical / electronic or electromechanical products, are strongly advised to apply. Full product training provided.
Full clean driving license.
Willingness to operate on a Hybrid basis, 2 days a week from the in office in Leicester, with regular travel to customer sitesBefore You Apply
