Job Description
Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager required for a global leading engineering manufacturer.
The successful Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager will work fully remotely and be responsible for new business development and key account management across Scotland selling precision equipment and accessories used in CNC machining including cutting tools, shrink-fit machines, balancing machines, tool pre-setters, tool holders, work holding solutions, and end mills.
The Sales Engineer / Area Sales Manager / Key Account Manager must have a technical background in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, manufacturing, or CNC and live in Scotland with good access to locations in the Central Belt such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Livingston, Stirling, Dunfermline.

Business development and key account management across Scotland, selling precision equipment and accessories used in CNC machining including cutting tools, shrink-fit machines, balancing machines, tool pre-setters, tool holders, work holding solutions, and end mills.
Assist with the installation of CNC products and precision equipment at customer sites.
Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive CNC tooling sales.
Liaise with other engineering departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Experience as a Sales Engineer, Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Area Sales Manager, Technical Sales Engineer, Sales Representative, or similar within Precision engineering and CNC.
CNC machinists, setters, or operators seeking to move into a sales role will also be considered.
Must have a technical background in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, manufacturing, CNC, or a related field.
A technical mechanical engineering or manfacturing qualification, apprenticeship, HNC, HND, or degree would be advantageous.
Full clean driving licence and willingness to meet clients across Scotland, focusing on the Central Belt such as Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk, Livingston, Stirling, DunfermlineBefore You Apply
