Regional Sales Manager £40-55K
Business Development Manager / Regional Sales Manager required for a well-established but rapidly growing business. You will focus on developing new business in the North. The patch will be from Leeds to Newcastle but also include travelling to York, Hull and Derby etc.
This suits a dynamic, hungry and self-motivated BDM / Sales Manager with B2B sales experience. This would suit a Sales specialist who is fed up with long project times and unrealistic commission targets.

Regional Sales Managers Package
£40-55K Basic
Commission package as follows; - Uncapped commission (2% of hire invoicing, 1% of sale item invoicing) - EOY performance bonuses of up to £10,000 per year OTE £70k+ if year 2 targets are met
Includes company vehicle and a comprehensive benefits package.

Regional Sales Managers Duties
Identify new opportunities across multiple sectors and industries
Conduct technical site assessments and propose tailored HVAC and process rental solutions
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
Oversee the successful delivery of hire projects, ensuring equipment is installed and commissioned effectively
Regional Sales Managers Requirements
Previous new business sales experience
Used to selling B2B
Able to learn a technical product
Happy to cover from Derby to Newcastle
Keen and able to win new business
