Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000 + Quarterly & yearly bonus

The role of the Sales Estimator – Architectural Stonework will involve:

  * Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving

  * Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings

  * Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project

  * Manage the process from enquiry through to completion

  * Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region

  * Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users

  * Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements

  * Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

The ideal applicant will be a Sales Estimator – Architectural Stonework – Architectural Stonework with:

  * Must have experience within the building products sector, ideal to have a technical understanding of: stone, façade, lintels or a closely related product/system

  * Must have experience as one or more of the following: Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related

  * Highly advantageous to have AutoCAD experience

  * Strong relationship builder

  * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  * IT literate (Microsoft Office)
