Location Based Brighouse
£34,000 - £37,000 + Bonus (£42k to £46k OTE)

My client has ambitious plans to expand into new markets in the next 5 years. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Executive, to join our dedicated team, to nurture relationships with new and existing clients and to drive through sales
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing organisation and wants to influence the success of the team and the business. This person will support and grow our existing client base as well as have responsibility for identifying new accounts. You will be responsible for closing deals over the phone, creating sales and maintaining good customer relationships.
You must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills, be comfortable presenting products over the phone and dealing with queries and objections. Energy, motivation and enthusiasm are key. Based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, we’re a supportive and motivated team, focused on providing the best products and service to our valued customers.
What’s involved:
• Research and identify new target customers in specific market sectors, to meet new business KPIs
• Contact these targets to present our products and start to build relationships, leading to new sales
• Build strong customer relationships and nurture sales through commitment to solving clients’ problems
• Contact your accounts base regularly to maintain regular sales and identify new sales opportunities
• Be comfortable explaining new products to existing customers to generate new sales
• Manage incoming sales enquiries from existing/new customers, providing excellent customer service
• Managing pipeline opportunities and sales tracking through utilising our CRM plus use of Sage 200 for order processing
• Meet and exceed monthly KPIs both individually and as part of the team
What we’re looking for:
You will be ambitious and enthusiastic, driven and self motivated to meet your customers needs, and meet your own targets month on month.
You’ll need at least 3 years experience in a sales role, with proven achievements of opening, managing and developing accounts.
With a friendly, confident communication style, capable of developing customer relationships.
Happy to take the initiative in a dynamic environment and support the team, with good commercial acumen.
Proven experience in sales, minimum 3 years, target driven with a customer focused, can-do attitude
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota
Good level of commercial acumen
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospect
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address queries • Resilient and energetic
Focused, organised and tenacious
Very good spoken and written English
Must be an excellent team player with the ability to integrate quickly Knowledge of Sage 200 an advantage.
