 As an Outbound Sales Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective commercial clients, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. This is a performance-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys communication, developing rapport, and working toward clear, measurable goals.

 Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to targeted commercial prospects
Qualify leads based on company criteria
Clearly communicate our services and value proposition
Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team
Maintain accurate notes and data in the CRM
Meet weekly and monthly KPI targets
Represent the company professionally at all timesAbout You

Confident, articulate communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Self-motivated and target-driven
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to overcome objections and maintain resilience
