Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager / Sales Executive, you’ll drive new business growth within the manufacturing, retail, and hospitality sectors. This field-based role suits a competitive, confident communicator with a passion for securing new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively generate leads through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and other outbound methods
Identify prospects, understand their needs, and convert opportunities into long-term contracts
Build and maintain client relationships through regular face-to-face engagement
Achieve monthly sales targets and manage your sales pipeline with accurate reporting

Experience Required: Proven sales experience in any field except retail or customer-initiated sales
Willingness to cold call and pursue new business opportunities
Background in sectors such as FM, Facilities Management, Alarm, Laundry, Fire, Merchant Services, FMCG, Washroom, Clinical/Confidential Waste, Shredding, Courier Services, Waste Management, Recycling, Security, Capital Equipment, Outsourcing, Pest Control, Hygiene Services, Textiles, Workwear, Contract Cleaning, Catering, Maintenance Contracts, or Advertising Services is advantageous
Valid UK driving licence (role covers Wootton Bassett, Swindon and surrounding areas)
