About the Role
You’ll be stepping into a warm seat in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment. You’ll work directly with warm inbound enquiries, qualifying customers, advising on suitable products, and converting those conversations into orders. Backed by strong marketing support and a buzzing team atmosphere, this is an ideal role for a fast-moving sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and getting deals over the line.
Key Responsibilities
Making calls to leads, emails and online enquiries
Qualifying customer requirements and recommending tailored product solutions
Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service
Creating and negotiating quotes with a commercial mindset
Managing your pipeline and closing sales effectively
Maintaining ongoing relationships for repeat business
Liaising with internal teams across marketing, admin and sales support
Working to achievable KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment (inbound or outbound)
Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying their needs
A confident communicator who’s motivated by targets and commission
Strong negotiation skills and an instinct for spotting opportunities
Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
A team player who brings energy, focus and positivity to the group
Industry background not essential—we’re looking for attitude, personality and hunger

Base Salary: £30,000
Commission: Uncapped with a realistic year 1 OTE of £45,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday only – no weekends, evenings, or shift work
