Must have’s

  * Previous telesales experience

  * Excellent communication skills with a confident and engaging telephone manner

  * Making outbound calls to engage new and existing clients nationwide

  * Building strong relationships and identifying opportunities

  * Presenting services and converting leads into sales

  * Maintaining accurate records of activity and conversations

  * Working towards daily KPIs including call volumes and conversions

  * Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a smooth customer journey
