Automotive Sales Executive
£24,000 Basic Salary | £48,000 OTE | £60,000+ Achievable

Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Executive looking for a fresh challenge with genuine earning potential and long-term career progression?
Our client is looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join their growing team. With a large used car operation, strong stock levels and a supportive management structure, this is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional who wants to maximise their earnings and develop their career.
This role would suit someone with at least two years' motor trade sales experience who can hit the ground running, build strong customer relationships and consistently deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  * Selling new and used vehicles while delivering an outstanding customer experience
  * Building rapport and long-term relationships with customers
  * Following a structured sales process from enquiry through to handover
  * Maximising opportunities through finance, insurance and value-added products
  * Managing customer enquiries and maintaining accurate CRM records
  * Generating repeat business and customer referrals
  * Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
About You
  * Minimum 2 years' experience as a Car Sales Executive
  * Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  * Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  * Professional, resilient and self-motivated
  * Able to work independently and perform in a fast-paced environment
  * Full UK Driving Licence
