Sales Executive – Coffee Roasting & Barista Equipment

Location: Hixon, Staffordshire
Salary: £35-45k per annum, plus uncapped commission
Job type: Full-time, Permanent

The opportunity

We are representing a growing coffee roasting and barista equipment company supplying freshly roasted coffee, professional espresso machines and related products to businesses across the UK .

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to develop new business and build lasting relationships with customers in the hospitality, workplace and leisure sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded salesperson who enjoys great coffee, meeting people and delivering practical solutions.

Experience in coffee, hospitality or catering equipment would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full product training will be provided.

What you’ll be doing

  * 

    Identifying and approaching prospective customers, including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices and hospitality venues

  * 

    Generating new business through telephone calls, email, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings

  * 

    Promoting our roasted coffee, espresso machines, grinders, servicing and barista solutions

  * 

    Understanding each customer’s requirements and recommending suitable products and packages

  * 

    Preparing quotations, proposals and equipment recommendations

  * 

    Conducting product demonstrations and coffee tastings

  * 

    Managing opportunities from initial contact through to agreement and installation

  * 

    Developing strong, long-term customer relationships

  * 

    Maintaining accurate sales activity and pipeline records

  * 

    Achieving agreed sales and revenue targets

  * 

    Representing the company at exhibitions, trade events and customer visits

  * 

    Working closely with our roasting, technical and customer service teams

What we’re looking for

Previous experience in sales, business development or account management

A confident and professional approach to prospecting and winning new business

Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills

A self-motivated, organised and target-driven attitude

The ability to understand customer needs and offer commercially appropriate solutions

Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

A genuine interest in coffee, hospitality or barista equipment

A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable experience

Sales experience within coffee, hospitality, catering equipment, foodservice or a related sector

Knowledge of commercial espresso machines and grinders

Existing relationships within the hospitality industry

Experience selling products and service contracts to businesses
