Sales Executive 
Nottingham / East Midlands 
£24,000-£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (£60,000-£80,000 OTE) 
 
Are you the type of person who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and helping customers make informed decisions? 
 
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing business within the renewable energy sector that's looking for someone with the right attitude, drive and personality-not just a polished sales CV. 
 
This isn't a traditional, high-pressure sales role. There are no cold calls or pushy sales tactics. Instead, you'll be speaking with customers who have already expressed an interest, taking the time to understand their needs and guiding them towards the right solution.

The Role: 
 
You'll manage customers from their initial enquiry through to sale, building trust and providing a first-class experience throughout the process. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll receive ongoing training to develop your technical knowledge, confidence and sales skills. 
 
Your responsibilities will include: 
 
* Meeting homeowners to understand their requirements. 
* Carrying out site surveys (full training provided). 
* Recommending tailored solutions. 
* Managing your own diary and sales pipeline. 
* Providing an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. 
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless customer handover. 
* Contributing ideas to improve the customer journey and overall sales process. 
 
About You

You'll be:

* Customer-focused and genuinely enjoys helping people. 
* Motivated, ambitious and keen to learn. 
* Organised and capable of managing your own workload.

* Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face and representing the business positively. 
 
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is beneficial, but experience within renewable energy isn't essential-you'll be taught that. What matters most is your willingness to learn and your desire to succeed.

* £24,000-£28,000 basic salary. 
* Uncapped commission with realistic first-year earnings of £60,000-£80,000+.
