Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join a successful and growing business providing technical services and solutions to the UK construction industry.
If you enjoy B2B sales, speaking with customers and generating new business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with excellent long-term career prospects.
Candidates must have the following skills and experience to be considered:
  * Previous B2B telesales, internal sales, lead generation or business development experience
  * Confident making outbound calls and speaking with key decision-makers
  * Experience working towards sales targets
  * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  * Ability to identify and qualify new business opportunities
  * Good organisational and IT skills
  * Proactive, resilient and motivated approach
The Role:
  * Generate new business through proactive outbound calling
  * Manage and develop an existing portfolio of B2B customers
  * Identify decision-makers and qualify new opportunities
  * Book appointments for Business Development Managers
  * Re-engage dormant customers
  * Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
  * Build strong, long-term customer relationships
  * Maintain accurate information within the CRM
Experience within construction, plant hire, tool hire, engineering or technical services would be advantageous but is not essential.
You will receive:

This is a proactive sales role with approximately 35 outbound calls per day, so we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys picking up the phone, developing relationships and winning business.
