Telesales Executive
Syston, Leicestershire
Full-Time | Permanent
Up to £25,000 basic + commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships over the phone?
We’re currently recruiting for a Telesales Executive to join a friendly and growing team in Syston. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, hitting targets, and earning commission.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to new and existing customers
* Building strong rapport and identifying customer needs
* Promoting products and services in a professional, persuasive manner
* Handling incoming enquiries and following up leads
* Working towards daily and monthly sales targets
* Updating CRM systems with accurate customer and sales information
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience preferred
* Confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven personality
* Excellent communication and listening skills
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
