Sue Ross Recruitment are seeking a sales executive to join a leading firm of chartered surveyors who provide expert property advice within the healthcare industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sales and client management. You will be responsible for building and converting a sales pipeline while managing client relationships from initial contact to completion. You’ll be provided with ongoing product and IT training and will be welcomed into a friendly and supportive team to help you out.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and build a portfolio of clients.
* Engage stakeholders to develop and convert a sales pipeline into successful contracts.
* Manage a portfolio of client cases, ensuring completion and client satisfaction.
* Generate repeat sales opportunities and cross-sell services.
* Conduct outbound cold calling and secure sales contracts.
* Book appointments for the team and manage client case updates.
* Respond to client inquiries via email and phone.
* Maintain CRM database accuracy and work closely with the marketing team.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant business degree, at least 2 years experience in outbound property sales and at least 2 years of client management/account mamagement experience. They will also have experience working with a CRM system to manage workload and possess strong verbal and written communication skills whilst maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
This position is offered on a full-time and part-time basis to offer flexibility to candidates and is fully remote.
