Saturday Working:

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced personal lines insurance broker to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in delivering a first-class experience for our clients, whether it's servicing existing customers or converting new business. Role and Responsibilities:
Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines clients, with a focus on car and home insurance
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to maximise revenue and client value
Support the team in maintaining high call handling standards and service levels
Proactively generate future-dated leads and follow up on warm opportunities
Handle renewals with a retention-first mindset, ensuring continuity and satisfaction
Produce and request policy documentation with accuracy and efficiency
Contribute to a collaborative team culture and step in where needed
Qualifications and Skills:
Solid experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on car and home insurance
Background in broking, sales or client retention
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude with a drive to exceed expectations
Desire to grow professionally in a supportive, ambitious environment
