Car Sales Executive - Oxford

If so, you could be just who our client is looking for to join their showroom in Oxford. Due to growing customer demand, they are expanding the team. Our Client is a well-established and popular brand in the UK, making this an exciting time to join a progressive and customer-focused dealership.
Our client is a successful and growing motor dealer group, operating across 11 sites in Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Avon.
What's the Job?
Selling a fantastic range of new and used Volvo vehicles
Communicating effectively with colleagues and accurately completing all necessary paperwork to meet delivery timelines and customer expectations
Maintaining relationships with existing clients and supporting their ongoing aftersales needs
Managing your customer database to create and follow up on new sales opportunities
Ensuring the showroom is always immaculate and presents a premium image
Creating and sending personalised video presentations to highlight key vehicle features
Ensuring all sales comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations
Who Are We Looking For?
Someone who genuinely enjoys meeting and engaging with customers-whether in person, via email, or on the phone
A detail-oriented individual who remembers the little things that matter to customers (like the name of their dog!)
A motivated team player who supports customers in finding the right new or used vehicle
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and a "right first time" approach
A competent driver with a full UK driving licence held for at least one year
Professional, friendly, and confident in their manner
A clear communicator with great influencing and interpersonal skills

A 5-day work week based on a set rota, including weekends (45 hours per week)
Competitive basic salary of £19,000 plus commissions and bonuses (OTE £53,300)
