Sales Executive – Field Based
The Location:
Dronfield (Field-based) Monday – Friday
The Package:
* £35,000 basic salary
* Uncapped commission structure
* Free on-site parking at HQ
The Hours:
Monday – Friday | Typically 9 am – 5 pm (field-based, with flexibility around client appointments)
The Job Role:
We’re excited to be supporting a values-led business with the recruitment of a personable and proactive Sales Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in face-to-face settings and enjoys a more relationship-driven approach to sales.
This is not a cold sales role – all appointments are pre-booked for you. You’ll spend your days out on the road, attending warm client meetings and hosting informal coffee mornings where you’ll introduce and demonstrate products that make a real difference in people’s daily lives.
You’ll be representing a company that’s passionate about community, care, and improving quality of life – and you’ll play a key role in helping clients make informed choices in a relaxed, consultative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Attending pre-arranged appointments across your assigned area
* Hosting friendly coffee mornings and product demonstrations in client environments
* Building rapport with decision-makers and key contacts
* Advising on suitable product options based on individual needs
* Following up with leads and converting interest into sales
* Updating CRM records and providing feedback to the office-based support team
* Ensuring a positive, respectful and helpful client experience at every touchpoint
What We’re Looking For:
* A warm and engaging communicator who enjoys helping others
* Field sales or client-facing experience preferred
* Ability to manage your own diary and work independently
* Comfortable presenting products in a supportive, consultative way
* Organised, professional and motivated by making a meaningful impact
