We are looking for a results-driven, entrepreneurial Sales Executive to join our team and take ownership of lead generation and conversions for the business. Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound B2B sales calls to generate qualified leads and close deals
* Drive new business and help grow the company’s client base
* Work with CRM tools to manage pipelines and follow up with precision
* Bring fresh ideas, suggestions, and improvements to help refine our sales strategy
* Hit (and exceed) daily, weekly, and monthly targets
* Working with the Director of the business
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in a telemarketing or telesales company
* A strong track record of exceeding sales targets
* Entrepreneurial mindset – you don’t wait to be told what to do
* Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven
* Excellent phone manner – confident, professional, and articulate
* Strong attention to detail in reporting and call follow-up
* Well-dressed, well-spoken, and polished in your presentation
* Comfortable working in a structured, office-based sales environment
