We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively generate new leads and sales opportunities through various channels (phone, email, networking, etc.)
* Manage and develop existing client accounts
* Understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems
* Attend events, exhibitions, and client meetings where necessary
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within the training or education sector
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets
* Ability to manage your own workload and work independently
* Confident, resilient, and self-motivated
* IT literate with experience using CRM systems
