What you’ll be doing
* Handling inbound and outbound SME insurance sales
* Advising clients on tailored insurance solutions, across both motor and non-motor products
* Managing the full sales cycle – from discovery and quotation through to onboarding
* Using Salesforce and Acturis to track pipelines, policies, and client communications
* Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing business clients
* Working closely with the wider commercial and broking teams to maximise value
What we’re looking for
* Experience in SME insurance, including Commercial Fleet, Mini Fleet, HGV (up to 15 vehicles), Hire & Reward, and Own Goods
* Proven knowledge of non-motor commercial insurance (e.g. commercial combined, PI, EL/PL, property, tradesman)
* Confidence working with CRM platforms (ideally Salesforce) and insurance systems like Acturis
* Great communication and influencing skills
* Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored, consultative solutions
* Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office tools and a proactive, commercial mindset
