Sales Executive, Showroom Sales Consultant, Kilmarnock, £26,000 Basic + Uncapped 5% Commission, Immediate Start Available
Join a market-leading bathroom design and retail brand as a Showroom Sales Executive based in Kilmarnock. This is your chance to work in a cutting-edge retail environment featuring the latest in 4D virtual design software and VR technology. Sell luxury bathroom products to a nationwide customer base and boost your earnings with uncapped commission.
Executive’s Benefits:
* £26,000 guaranteed base salary + 5% uncapped commission – earn without limits!
* Sell high-end bathroom products including smart showers, jacuzzis, and designer suites
* Work in a state-of-the-art showroom with live product demos and immersive 4D design tools
* Structured hours: Monday–Friday + alternate Saturdays (short shifts)
* UK-wide customer base – sell without geographical restrictions
Executive’s Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences
* Use virtual reality tools to create immersive bathroom design presentations
* Advise on layouts, colour palettes, and premium product combinations
* Promote exclusive online bathroom collections and digital catalogues
* Leverage social media and digital tools to attract and convert leads
* Keep the showroom looking immaculate and inspiring at all times
Executive’s Requirements:
* Proven experience in retail or showroom sales
* Strong sales motivation and a drive to exceed targets
* Comfortable using digital and VR sales platforms
* Social media marketing experience is a bonus!
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Passion for interior design, tech, and premium products
