We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Person to join their office-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business that values initiative, communication, and results.
About the Role:
As an Office-Based Sales Person, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying customer needs, following up on enquiries, and working closely with the wider team to achieve sales targets.
Main Duties:
* Respond to incoming calls and emails from existing customers, offering clear and accurate product or service information
* Prepare quotations and confirm bookings promptly and professionally
* Ensure a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to fulfilment
* Provide outstanding service that encourages repeat business and builds client loyalty
* Recognise and act on opportunities to offer complementary products or services
* Assist with re-engaging previous customers and reaching out to prospective clients through planned campaigns
* Record all customer interactions and updates accurately in the CRM system
About You:
* Experience in a customer service, internal sales, or account management position
* Friendly and confident communicator, especially over the phone
* Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail
* Motivated, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* Goal-oriented and keen to contribute to team success
* Tech-savvy and able to adapt quickly to new systems and tools
